Ceruzzi's (mild) Italian Sausage Spice Mix is the authentic seasoning which produces the best tasting Italian Sausage without sugars, chemicals, or preservatives. The recipe for this mixture is a long time Ceruzzi family secret originating in Naples, Italy. The mixture works best when mixed with ground Boston butt pork shoulder roast. All other pork cuts are not as flavorful.
