Directions

1. Purchase 10 lbs. of regular ground Boston Butt Pork Shoulder Roast.

2. Add the spice mix to the ground pork.

3. Add 5 ounces of water and mix well.

* To make HOT Italian Sausage add 1 oz. of crushed red pepper to the spice mix.
